Chamados para tomar uma parte ativa no governo

Segundo turno das eleições nesse domingo. Muita gente louca e doida desvarrida falando um monte de merda sobre votar ou não anular o voto. Democracia obrigatória é como free food. Com o agravante de que a comida é sempre ruim. E o conceito geral não existe, mente e engana. A ideia é disfarçar o populismo de democracia. Seguem as palavras de John Stuart Mill. Não resolve, mas revolta:

Não existe dificuldade em mostrar que a forma ideal de melhor governo é aquela na qual a soberania, ou o controle supremo do poder, em último caso, está investida no todo da comunidade; todos os cidadãos não têm apenas voz no exercício último da soberania, mas são, ao menos ocasionalmente, chamados para tomar uma parte ativa no governo, pelo cumprimento de alguma função pública, local ou geral[1]
